Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Adbrake yourself at any time, in any of these ways.

Delete your Adbrake account

  1. Sign in to Adbrake and open your settings.
  2. Under Your account, enter your password (or type DELETE if you signed in with Google) and click Delete my account.

This cancels any subscription and deletes your account, ad accounts, alerts, alert destinations, settings and Facebook access token right away. Copies in our database backups expire within 14 days.

Disconnect Facebook only

In your Adbrake settings, click Disconnect Facebook. Your Facebook access token is deleted immediately and all checks stop. Your Adbrake settings are kept so you can reconnect later.

Remove Adbrake from Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Find Adbrake, click Remove, and choose to delete the data Adbrake received.

Facebook then sends Adbrake a data deletion request. We automatically delete your Facebook access token and the ad account data we read with it, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link where you can check that the deletion is done.

Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@getadbrake.com with the subject "Delete my Adbrake data" from the address on your account. We confirm by email and delete your data within 7 days.
