Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Adbrake, a service operated by Adbrake ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Adbrake you agree to them.
1. The service
Adbrake monitors Meta ad accounts you connect and sends alerts about possible problems. Alerts are based on automated analysis and may be late, missed or wrong. Adbrake never pauses or changes your ads on its own; any pause happens only when you tap a button.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to connect the ad accounts you add. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Meta and third-party platforms
Adbrake relies on Meta's Marketing API, Slack, Telegram and email providers. You must follow their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms. Adbrake is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and are then billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, so your charge, receipt and any sales tax or VAT come from Lemon Squeezy and its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal link in your receipt email; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Refunds
- Founding pre-orders: if Adbrake is not available to you by November 8, 2026, we refund your pre-order in full without you having to ask. You can also ask for a full refund of a pre-order at any time before then.
- Monthly plans: if you were charged by mistake, for example after you cancelled, or Adbrake didn't work for you in your first paid month, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
- How: email hello@getadbrake.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of any law or platform policy.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will detect every problem or that it will be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for your ad accounts, budgets and campaign decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost ad spend, revenue or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using Adbrake and delete your account at any time with Delete my account in your settings, which also cancels your subscription. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
